Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Period: Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions:
• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
• It must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
3. Request Process:
• Send an email to contact@lublu.us with the order number and reason for the return.
• After approval, a return authorization code and shipping instructions will be provided.
4. Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or shipping errors.
5. Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase.
6. Exceptions:
• Personalized or sale items are not eligible for returns.
